Gas 2000 Ltd offers a wide client base the service of Landlords Gas Safety Checks. Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 your Landlord has a duty to ensure that your gas appliances are maintained by a CORGI registered company who can check for potential problems and fix problems that are already present. The service is completed and gives clients the knowledge and reassurance that all recent changes in the gas industry is delivered through the gas checks.
The gas industry, with regards to safety, can change frequently. We receive these changes and updates through CORGI, our governing body, and must make sure our staff are fully trained through both statuary and in-house training. It is essential that with rented accommodation that gas servicing is completed annually without fail.
